• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical mindset for HR data.
• Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced global environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws.
• High proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• General HR administration.
• Schedule and manage global HR meetings, agendas, and logistics.
• Coordinate HR leadership offsites (venues, travel, catering, tech).
• Maintain internal communications platforms (Hub, SharePoint) and create presentations.
• Manage Monday.com boards and HR initiative dashboards.
• Provide HR metrics updates and risk flagging.
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams.
• Identify process improvements across global HR operations.
• Lead ad hoc HR projects and other tasks as directed.
