Zenlayer is seeking a hands-on Sr. HR Manager to support our employee population across the Americas and Europe. You will be a trusted HR partner, working with managers and staff on engagement, programs, culture, and day-to-day HR needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years HR experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good judgment and problem solving.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on HR role within a lean team.
  • Experience collaborating across diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the Americas and Europe.
  • Support employee engagement, culture, and regional HR initiatives.

We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented Sr.HR Manager to support our employee population across the Americas and Europe and help strengthen our regional HR presence. This role will serve as a trusted HR partner, working closely with managers and employees to support employee engagement, people programs, workplace culture, and day-to-day HR needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the Americas and Europe
  • Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and regional HR initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders on team-related topics and day-to-day people matters
  • Help identify employee trends, concerns, and opportunities, and provide practical HR support
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and global HR colleagues to ensure effective HR support across the region
  • Contribute to selected talent and organizational initiatives as needed
  • Support special projects and other HR programs assigned by HR leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsGood judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a lean team
  • Able to work effectively with employees and managers across different backgrounds and cultures
  • Experience in a multicultural or global company is a plus
  • Experience supporting sales, service, or client-facing teams is a plus
