Job summary

Flexjet seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals and deliver data-driven insights. The role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and requires strong communication, business acumen, and trusted stakeholder relationships.

The HRBP will drive HR initiatives across Cabin Server leadership, work closely with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams, and guide workforce planning to support a high-performance global culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar; 5-7 years HR experience.
Knowledge of benefits, HR laws and international regulations.
Deep understanding of Cabin Server role and opportunities.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Proficient with MS Office (SharePoint), Canva and Claude.

Responsibilities

Drive collaboration on HR activities, policies, processes, and strategy with Cabin Server leadership.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
Support change management during organizational transitions and growth.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, EDA, and Compensation & Benefits to deliver cohesive HR programs.
Provide guidance on workforce and succession planning.
