JPMorganChase's Corporate Responsibility Global Philanthropy Housing Access and Affordability team seeks a senior leader to drive a national housing strategy and oversee complex grantmaking. You will design impact analyses, synthesize insights, and communicate with senior leaders while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize philanthropic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in program development, implementation, strategy or policy in nonprofit, corporate or government settings.
  • Strong background in housing, economic mobility and related financial services social impact issues.
  • Experience with grant making and evaluating nonprofit capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex grantmaking and manage a national housing strategy.
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative impact analyses.
  • Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate across teams and external partners to advance CR objectives.
  • Oversee budget and ensure efficient philanthropic program execution.
