• Proven Executive Director-caliber operator with ability to drive execution in a matrixed organization.
• Strong prioritization and program management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-ready materials.
• Operational excellence with governance, documentation, and follow-through.
• Significant mortgage-related experience across Sales, Product, Policy, or Lending.
• Deep housing expertise including affordable housing and partnerships.
• Understanding barriers to housing access and sustainable ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of Housing Access & Affordability initiatives within the ADI, translating priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Develop and manage delivery roadmaps with milestones, ownership, timelines, and success measures.
• Establish disciplined program management practices including risk, issue tracking, and governance routines.
• Drive implementation of programs, partnerships, and initiatives from concept to launch and sustainment.
• Build a forward-looking pipeline of opportunities including partnerships and product/process enhancements.
• Evaluate opportunities for impact, scalability, and risk; provide prioritization recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Participate in firmwide ADI forums ensuring tracking of commitments and actions.
• Prepare executive presentations and governance reports for leadership decisions.
• Partner with analytics, strategy, risk, and control teams to monitor results within governance.
