Job summary

JPMorganChase in Washington, DC seeks a Global Philanthropy Manager for Housing Access and Affordability to lead complex grantmaking and drive a national firm-wide housing strategy. You will design and implement high-quality impact analyses, synthesize insights, and manage strategic third-party partners while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role reports to the Head of Housing Access and Affordability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program development, implementation, strategy, or policy in nonprofit/government.
• Strong background in housing, economic mobility, and related financial services social impact issues.
• Deep knowledge of economic inclusion with focus on affordable housing.
• Ability to think strategically and design/implement programs.
• Understanding of grant making and nonprofit sector; assess nonprofit capacity.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Collaborative, initiative-driven, results-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead grantmaking and manage National housing strategy initiatives.
• Design and implement qualitative and quantitative impact analyses.
• Synthesize insights and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Develop networks with government, philanthropic, business, and nonprofit leaders.
• Collaborate across teams and external partners to drive impact.
• Manage program budgets end-to-end from design to close.
• Monitor trends affecting national housing strategies.
• Oversee internal JPMorganChase stakeholders and cross-CR partners.
• Ensure reporting on grant progress and outcomes.
