Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President within Corporate Responsibility to lead the U.S. philanthropy portfolio, governance, and reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to implement standards, processes, and dashboards that enable efficient decision-making and scalable social impact.

You will drive cross-functional engagement, manage complex grantmaking operations, and champion new tools and data quality across Global Philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and drive initiatives.
• Experience creating governance materials and decision-ready briefs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of U.S. Philanthropy with grantmaking governance and portfolio management.
• Lead development of grantmaking processes, templates, guidance, and calendars.
• Manage governance processes, reviews, tracking, and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Facilitate pipeline reviews, track commitments, and support portfolio decisions.
• Oversee reporting dashboards and data requests for senior management.
