You will synthesize impact data, communicate with senior stakeholders, and guide partners across the firm and with community partners to advance the firm’s objectives. You will drive end‑to‑end philanthropic programs, monitor progress, and ensure robust budget management while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in nonprofit, corporate, and/or government settings.
• Strong background in housing, economic mobility and related financial services social impact issues.
• Deep knowledge of economic inclusion and affordable housing.
• Ability to think strategically about solving structural issues and program design.
• Experience with grant making, evaluation and collaboration with community partners.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex grantmaking and design qualitative and quantitative impact analyses.
• Synthesize insights and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Manage strategic third‑party partners to drive a national housing strategy.
• Develop and manage philanthropic programs end‑to‑end from concept to close.
• Provide robust budget oversight to maximize impact of activities.
• Monitor grant progress and use insights to shape future strategy.
