American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Manager of Global Hotel Partnerships to lead end-to-end supplier management, from contract negotiation to growth initiatives, in the Global Hotel Commercial division.

You will negotiate strategic hotel agreements, drive incremental revenue, and collaborate across regions and internal teams to deliver measurable value for travelers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating hotel supplier contracts and closing strong deals.
• Proven ability to think strategically with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Deep knowledge of hotel industry and related supplier landscape.
• Experience with revenue management concepts and travel tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate hotel supplier contracts that deliver measurable value across stakeholders.
• Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities with existing and prospective suppliers.
• Operationalize supplier value propositions and ensure commitments are realized.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through innovative engagement.
• Analyze portfolio metrics, track performance, and develop revenue forecasts with Revenue Management.
• Collaborate across departments and regions to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
