Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, application engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Direct experience with HMI products, technologies, or markets.
• Executive-level communication and matrix leadership across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• Semiconductor-industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global HMI strategy in partnership with product lines, regional orgs, sales, engineering, software, and leadership.
• Create a clear Infineon HMI value proposition for internal and external audiences.
• Evaluate customer requirements and identify high-value hardware/software combinations for priority markets.
• Set funnel targets by market/region/customer; monitor progress and drive corrective action.
• Engage in strategically important design-win pursuits, coordinating cross-product-line efforts.
• Build customer intimacy with engineering, architecture, and executive teams; participate in roadmaps and workshops.
• Influence product/software roadmaps by translating requirements and market trends into capability recommendations.
• Define reference designs, demonstrations, and supporting technical content.
