Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a regional marketing leader for its automotive microcontroller product line in the Americas. You will own and execute the regional marketing strategy, coordinate initiatives across product lines, sales, and field engineers, and drive adoption by showcasing Infineon microcontroller value in customer system solutions.

You will analyze markets, gather customer insights, and support future product roadmaps while presenting growth opportunities to executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management/marketing, business development, or sales.
• Understanding of automotive microcontroller products and applications.
• Knowledgeable about semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to interface with customers, and with Infineon Sales and product lines.
• Self-motivated to learn and to use AI/digital tools and processes to scale results.

Job description

Develop, own, and execute the regional marketing strategy for one of Infineon's automotive microcontroller product lines in the Americas. Define, deploy, and coordinate the execution of the regional marketing strategy, focus on key applications and customers. Gather, analyze, and provide market and customer product requirement insights from a regional perspective to support future product development. Responsible for market analysis, market model development, and product gap analysis. Capable to drive and present the opportunity pipeline to Infineon executives. Work closely with microcontroller product line, sales, and field application engineers to demonstrate Infineon microcontroller value proposition driving product adoption and business growth. Work closely with relevant application managers focusing on value Infineon microcontrollers bring to customer system solutions. Serve as key member of regional marketing team developing new product concepts, innovation, and influencing our product roadmaps.

B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management/marketing, business development, or sales; understanding of automotive microcontroller products and applications Ability to use strategic thinking in all facets of work; understanding of the market landscape and key market players Knowledgeable about semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process Ability to present Infineon microcontroller offerings to facilitate product selection; varying group sizes from small to very large; effective interpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions, and work closely with Infineon Sales and product lines Takes ownership of work; brings a sense of urgency and leadership in solving complicated business challenges Self-motivated to learn and take on new topics which may arise during the course of business activity; ability to utilize AI/Digital tools and processes to scale results
