Job summary

White Circle, an AI Safety company, is seeking a hands-on Talent Lead to own the hiring function from scratch and drive recruitment across GTM, Ops, Research, Product, and Engineering. You will personally source and recruit across the company and build scalable processes, scorecards, pipelines, and tracking.

You will partner with the Head of People and hiring managers to define roles, priorities, and candidate profiles, while leading international hiring in the US, EU, UK, and other markets as

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience running hiring at a startup, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Experience owning the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end from sourcing to closing.
• Proven ability to build hiring processes and scale recruiting operations from scratch.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (GTM, Operations, Research, Product, Engineering) and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, closing).
• Personally source and hire candidates across the company.
• Build hiring processes, interview loops, scorecards, pipelines, and candidate tracking.
