Job summary

White Circle, an AI Safety company, is seeking a senior recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end and build recruiting infrastructure. You will source candidates globally, define roles with managers, and lead multi-function hiring (GTM, Ops, Research, Product, Engineering) across markets.

You will drive metrics, improve candidate experience, and partner with leadership on long-term talent planning, helping scale a fast-growing startup with equity and strong tooling.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience running hiring at a startup.
• Excellent sourcer with ability to find strong candidates beyond postings.
• Highly data-driven and comfortable tracking recruiting metrics.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering).
• Fluent English (C1+).

Requirements

• Experience building hiring processes and recruiting operations from scratch
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering)
• Experience with international hiring across multiple countries and markets
• Highly data-driven and comfortable tracking and analysing recruiting metrics
• Excellent sourcer with ability to find strong candidates beyond simply posting jobs
• Fluent English (C1+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for AI, ML, and Research roles
• Experience building a recruiting function as the first or one of the first talent hires
• Experience hiring in the US, EU, and UK
• Experience with employer branding and building a strong talent pipeline
• Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, research, or recruiting ops
