Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HEOR or health economics experience in biopharma or top-tier consulting.
• Experience with oncology assets is preferred.
• Proven track record leading HEOR strategy and delivering core evidence assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US HEOR strategy and US evidence deliverables (AMCP dossiers, budget impact models).
• Embed payer evidence requirements into development programs (Phase 2/3).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant payer communications (FDAMA 114).
• Develop global and US evidence packages and lifecycle strategies for launch readiness.
