You will lead end-to-end evidence generation, oversee real-world studies, and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Clinical Development to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related field.
• At least 10 years of HEOR experience with oncology.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Global HEOR strategy, HTA submissions, and payer engagement.
• Expertise in health economic modeling, RWE, and comparative effectiveness.
• Experience with indirect treatment comparisons, real-world evidence, and observational study designs.
• Strong understanding of US/EU healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and payer requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 15% as required.

Responsabilités

• Execute integrated global HEOR strategies across pipeline and marketed oncology products, ensuring alignment with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Drive end-to-end evidence generation plans, integrating clinical, economic, and real-world data.
• Oversee development of ex-US value dossiers aligned with evidence to support payer needs.
• Lead design and execution of real-world and observational studies to inform effectiveness and resource use.
• Develop and adapt cost-effectiveness and budget impact models aligned with market access strategies.
• Guide indirect treatment comparisons and external control studies with methodological rigor.
• Support HTA submissions and payer engagement with clear, evidence-driven insights.
