Job summary

Immunocore is seeking a Director of Global Market Access Strategy to lead RWE/HEOR efforts and pricing for KIMMTRAK and the oncology portfolio across 40+ countries, including the USA. You will partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to shape access strategies and reimbursement pathways, while building evidence generation programs and publication plans.

The role requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years in Market Access, HTA and HEOR, capable of navigating global payer

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and leading global Market Access strategies for oncology products across multiple regions.
• Expertise in HEOR, RWE generation and payer/HTA engagement to support launches and life-cycle management.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Development, Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• Experience advising senior leadership on access risk, opportunity sizing and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global RWE and HEOR strategy and capabilities for KIMMTRAK and Oncology portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional strategic planning with Clinical Development, Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• Develop and govern global pricing and access strategies, including value-based pricing and scenarios.
• Oversee central evidence repository and ensure timely evidence for pricing and reimbursement.
• Represent Immunocore at payer, HTA and policy meetings; coordinate with internal functions for access.
• Support pipeline planning with input on target product profiles and indications.
