Job summary

Encoded Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead global HEOR and evidence generation for ETX101 and the Encoded pipeline. The role partners with Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams to design and implement high-quality HEOR studies, align with HTA bodies, and support payer discussions.

The position requires an advanced degree and at least five years in HEOR within pharma or consulting, with demonstrated expertise in epidemiology, economic modeling, observational research, and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required: MS, MPH, MD, PharmD or PhD in HEOR, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Psychology, or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry or specialized consulting experience.
• Proven track record in study design and execution across observational research and COA/PRO development and health economic modeling.
• End-to-End Evidence Generation: able to lead HEOR research from concept to peer‑reviewed publication.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute global HEOR strategies to support product approval, clinical differentiation, and patient access.
• Maintain understanding of global HTA requirements and payer landscape.
• Lead HEOR-related commercial strategies for launches and lifecycle plans.
• Collaborate across Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial to integrate HEOR across the program.
• Ensure regulatory and MLR governance and high scientific rigor in all protocols and analyses.
