Job summary

Encoded Therapeutics is seeking a Senior HEOR Director to shape global evidence strategy for first-in-class gene therapy programs. This high-impact role reports to senior leadership and partners across Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

You will drive HEOR and payer discussions, align HTA requirements, and oversee an evidence generation portfolio including COA/PRO, observational studies, and economic modeling for ETX101/ETX301 in a rapidly evolving, pre-commercial biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced HEOR expertise across multiple disciplines.
• Proven track record in study design and observational research.
• Experience with regulatory and HTA submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HEOR strategies to support product approval and access.
• Oversee evidence generation, including COA/PRO and economic modeling.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationships.
