Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Global Value and HEOR to lead payer evidence strategy across neurology assets, spanning US and global markets. You will shape evidence generation plans, update global economic models, and drive post-launch value narratives through collaborations with Market Access and Medical Affairs.

In this dual global/US role, you will oversee US HEOR deliverables, author AMCP dossiers, develop budget impact tools, and mentor teams while ensuring FDAMA 114 and 21st

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of HEOR, Global Value, or health economics experience in pharma/HEOR consulting.
• Launch lead experience for US HEOR or country HTA leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US payers, HTA, and value frameworks (ICER, NICE, CADTH).

Responsibilities

• Lead US HEOR accountability for inline products and US payer evidence.
• Author and maintain AMCP dossiers and unbranded value summaries.
• Develop and validate advanced health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evidence plans with brand objectives.
