Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Global Value and HEOR to lead payer evidence strategy across the neurology portfolio, driving value messaging, access, and post-launch evidence generation including label expansions and rare disease studies.

The role requires global/US leadership, collaboration with EU/INT teams, and hands-on delivery of models, NMAs, and real-world data programs to support HTA submissions and formulatory decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MSc, MS, MPH) or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of HEOR/global value experience in biopharma or top HEOR consulting.
• Experience leading US HEOR and global HTA strategies for marketed inline products.
• Neurology assets experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and US payer evidence generation strategy across inline assets.
• Develop and maintain Global Value Dossiers, SLRs, NMAs, and economic models.
• Direct US HEOR accountability; author AMCP dossiers and value summaries.
• Collaborate with EU/INT HEOR on HTA re-assessments and renewals.
• Mentor associates; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
