Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks an Executive Director, Global Scientific Communications Lead - Hematology to lead strategic publication planning and execution for the Hematology pipeline. This role requires hands-on leadership, literature surveillance, training material development, and external scientific tools creation.

The candidate will drive publications across assets, mentor staff, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure compliance with GPP/ICMJE in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PhD with 10+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry required.
• Oncology/hematology experience preferred.
• Significant experience with publication development and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global publication strategy and tactical plan for hematology assets.
• Develop high-impact publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts) with stakeholders.
• Review and edit publications for quality, asset messaging, and lexicon adherence.
• Identify target journals/congresses based on landscape and data.
• Ensure accurate, ethical communication of trial data and literature.
• Oversee data analyses for secondary publications and training materials.
