Job summary

Stemline Therapeutics Inc is seeking an Executive Director, Global Scientific Communications Lead - Hematology to guide strategic publication planning and execution across the Hematology pipeline. This role leads development of high‑impact publications, literature surveillance, and external scientific tools while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet milestone timelines.

This corporate office position offers a base salary range of $260,000-$362,000, competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Doctorate-level degree (PharmD, MD or PhD) with at least ten years of related experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry required.
• Oncology/hematology experience highly preferred.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage publications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on global publication strategy and tactical plans.
• Lead development of high-impact medical and scientific publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts).
• Recommend target journals and congresses based on hematology expertise.
• Critically review data and ensure accuracy, ethics, and alignment with messaging.
• Develop data analysis plans to support secondary publications and regulatory materials.
• Attend scientific conferences to present Stemline’s evidence and support MA deliverables.
