Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks a Medical Director, Clinical Development, Hematology to lead clinical direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of hematology trials within a global program. You will collaborate with Alliance partners and cross-functional teams to deliver robust data that informs product strategy.

The role requires MD or equivalent, 3+ years oncology industry experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or non-US equivalent of M.D. degree.
• Residency program completed (strongly preferred).
• Subspecialty fellowship in heme-onc is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of Oncology industry experience; 3+ years in biotech/pharma preferred.
• Clinical trial experience with relevant agents in pharma/academia.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex clinical research programs and strategic development.
• Willingness to travel and engage with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multiple hematology clinical development protocols.
• Oversee study site education and monitor study integrity for safety and efficacy data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet enrollment timelines and deliverables.
• Translate scientific data into regulatory submissions and communications.
• Lead or participate in Clinical Strategy Teams and contingency planning.
• Represent clinical development in global regulatory discussions and interactions.
