Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks an Executive Director, Global Scientific Communications Lead - Hematology to drive strategy and execution of publication plans across the hematology portfolio. You will lead high-impact publications and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure scientific quality and timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, real-time literature surveillance, and development of external scientific tools, with mentorship for senior staff and oversight of budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech industry experience required.
• Oncology/hematology experience highly preferred.
• Proven publication development and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global publication strategy and plan with cross-functional teams.
• Lead development of high-impact publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts).
• Recommend target journals and congresses based on hematology landscape.
• Review data to ensure accuracy and ethical communication of evidence.
• Develop data analysis plans to support secondary publications.
• Lead literature surveillance and monthly data summaries for medical teams.
• Oversee vendor management, budgets, and internal training materials for MSLs.
