Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks a Medical Director, Clinical Development, Hematology to lead clinical direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of hematology trial programs in collaboration with the Alliance partner. You will guide cross-functional teams to generate high-quality clinical data supporting product strategy.

The role requires MD or equivalent with extensive oncology trial experience, leadership capabilities, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• MD or non-US equivalent with relevant specialty
• 3+ years Oncology industry experience; biotech/pharma preferred
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently and lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-protocol hematology clinical development programs
• Monitor study integrity and safety data; ensure timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Discovery to align clinical strategy
