Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking an Executive Director, Global Scientific Communications Lead - Hematology to drive strategic publication planning across the hematology portfolio. This hands-on leader will shape scientific communications, publications, and training materials in collaboration with Medical Affairs, R&D, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with at least ten years of related experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry is required.
• Oncology/hematology experience highly preferred.
• Significant experience with publication development, writing, and management for medical publications is required.
• Experience executing strategically and tactically working successfully with cross‑functional, dynamic teams.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, particularly medical publishing, and proven adherence to related regulations, guidelines, standards, and practices including GPP and ICMJE.
• Familiarity with the principles of healthcare compliance.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead global publication strategy and tactical plan for hematology products.
• Develop high-impact medical publications and coordinate journals/congresses with stakeholders.
• Oversee literature surveillance and data summaries.
• Lead training materials for MSL certification and vendor management.
• Manage publication budgets and vendor relationships; support conference deliverables.
