Reporting to the Global Clinical Head, the role requires an MD with 7+ years of experience in drug development and regulatory knowledge, plus strong leadership in a matrix environment.

The position is based in Gaithersburg, US with hybrid work (minimum 3 days in office).

Qualifications

• MD required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Industry experience in drug development including early and late phase drug development and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical development teams responsible for Hematology Oncology therapies from preclinical through Phase 3, including regulatory submissions.
• Accountable for the delivery of projects according to quality, time, budgets and resources.
• Build strategic clinical development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the execution of the integrated product plan to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead governance meetings and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
