Responsibilities

• Provide program management leadership and align program strategy with operational reality.
• Lead development of drug project, cross-project, or portfolio strategies.
• Coordinate with alliance partners and governance committees as needed.
• Identify opportunities or needs for strategic shifts based on external/internal events.
• Collaborate with Business Development to inform deal cases and investments.
• Ensure linkages between project strategy and TA strategy and scorecards.
• Lead cross-functional drug development teams to deliver objectives.
• Foster high-performing teams and mentor project managers.
