Qualifications

• M.D. is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Industry experience in drug development including early and late phase and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of hematology/oncology with diverse mechanisms.
• Leadership and mentoring in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to communicate across broad audiences and articulate project strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development teams from preclinical through Phase 3 with regulatory submissions.
• Accountable for quality, time, budgets and resources.
• Build strategic, coordinated clinical development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Execute integrated product plans within scope, timelines and budgets.
• Lead governance meetings and align with internal and external collaborators.
