Qualifications

• M.D. or equivalent in Hematology required.
• 7+ years in clinical development with regulatory and global product development.
• Experience with FDA/regulatory meetings.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage program strategy.
• MD with clinical training preferred; PhD desirable.
• Office-based with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2+ program teams and drive study execution.
• Represent Clinical Development on governance bodies.
• Mentor Medical Directors and CDS; develop clinical strategy docs.
• Provide scientific input to R&D, translational and BD activities.
• Oversee writing of CTD sections and regulatory responses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on program strategy.
