Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of cross-functional drug development experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget.
• Experience navigating governance processes to drive decisions.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management leadership and align project strategy with operational reality.
• Lead development of drug project, cross-project, or portfolio strategies.
• Work with alliance partners and run joint alliance forums and governance committees.
• Identify key business opportunities or needs for strategic shifts based on external and internal events.
• Partner with Business Development to provide strategic input to potential deals (investment & divestment).
• Coordinate with TA strategy, prioritization, and corporate scorecard to link project strategy with internal processes.
• Lead cross-functional drug development teams and ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
• Coach project teams and GPT towards successful issue resolution and decision making; engage stakeholders to address barriers.
• Coordinate GPT efforts across sub-teams to meet multiple development levels; oversee information management and external communications.
• Lead governance and investment decisions, guiding timely, informed choices.
• Ensure GPT deliverables, budgets, schedules, and data quality meet requirements.
