Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation on outbreak detection, notification, and response.
• Apply the 7-1-7 framework to assess timeliness across outbreak stages.
• Review data to identify performance trends and data-quality gaps.
• Develop improvement plans with timelines, responsibilities, and metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions with international partners.
• Coordinate with CDC and MOHs to align priorities and avoid duplication.
