The position requires experience in international health or development, a relevant bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Location is Washington, DC, with some travel.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in international health or development (5+ years)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate GHSD health implementation and operational plans for assigned countries with embassy and bureau staff
• Coordinate MOUs, track progress, and ensure compliance with terms
• Facilitate engagement and communication between U.S. government stakeholders and counterparts
• Organize and participate in meetings, briefings, and multi-year plan activities
• Prepare reports, updates, and briefing materials for senior leadership
• Identify and address challenges or barriers to MOU implementation
• Draft and/or clear policy analyses, position papers, and briefing materials
• Produce global health situation assessments and portfolio analyses with actionable recommendations
• Develop negotiation positions and readouts for interagency engagements
• Assess program effectiveness and suggest adjustments to foreignassistance programming
• Provide regular progress reports and final summary on achievements and lessons learned
