Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles applied to awards or contracts.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for complex financial reporting.
• Experience using ASIST or similar document-management systems is desirable.
• Experience with ERP or comparable financial-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support CORs and GORs in financial and administrative management of GHSD awards.
• Maintain accurate award records and ensure proper filing and recordkeeping.
• Prepare budgets and perform financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Review invoices for compliance and track financial transactions and obligations.
• Develop analyses and briefings to support leadership and program execution.
