Job summary

Catholic Relief Services is seeking a Technical Advisor III to advance global health security and resilient health systems. The role leads strategic technical assistance, supports program design and execution, and mentors teams across regions.

The TA III will champion cross-country knowledge sharing, manage complex projects, and collaborate with partners and donors to expand impact and funding opportunities while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based programming.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in health security and health systems strengthening.
• Experience pursuing donor funding for nutrition projects.
• Proficient with MS Office and web conferencing tools; budget management.
• Excellent relationship management across diverse settings.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and systems thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, training, mentoring and coaching.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide strategies and ensure cross-sector alignment.
• Provide technical guidance for program design, implementation and M&E.
• Support growth opportunities and assist with project design and staffing.
• Lead capacity-building initiatives and deliver trainings and coaching.
• Support knowledge management and sharing of best practices.
• Represent CRS in forums to enhance collaboration and funding opportunities.
