Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program implementation or health initiatives.
• Solid technical knowledge in program implementation; familiarity with self-care health tools can help.
• Strong English communication, facilitation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of DISC technical activities across countries.
• Develop and translate implementation guidance; train and coach partners and staff.
• Provide technical assistance and build relationships with stakeholders; support budgets and adaptations.
• Monitor progress and resources; contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
