• Bachelor's degree plus 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support market shaping activities, including research, landscape analyses, and framework development for new product opportunities.
• Analyze pricing, supply, and demand dynamics to inform CHAI strategy and negotiations with manufacturers.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and data analyses for global and country-level discussions on product introduction.
• Coordinate with CHAI country teams to track implementation progress and synthesize learnings.
• Support supply-side engagement, including preparation for manufacturer discussions and pipeline monitoring.
• Contribute to program reporting and donor deliverables as needed.
• Up to 30% international travel may be required.
