Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative is seeking an analytical program leader to drive health impact through cost-effective health programs. This role involves engaging with teams and stakeholders to evaluate and synthesize information for impactful program funding.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, practical, and able to communicate effectively with varied stakeholders. A minimum of 4 years in a results-oriented environment and strong analytical skills is required. This position can be based outside the US, pending approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of business experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in conducting rigorous research and presenting findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collate data on costs and effects of high-impact interventions.
• Critically evaluate the strength of the evidence base for interventions.
• Conduct cost-effectiveness analysis to compare the impact of interventions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with donors.
• Design monitoring & evaluation systems to demonstrate program impact.
• Synthesize outputs through high-quality presentations and reports.
