The Senior Director will guide a team of technical Directors, shape the program's budget, and ensure evidence-informed decision-making, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global health or philanthropy programs.
• Strong track record in fundraising and donor engagement.
• Experience advising governments and multi-country programs.
• Excellent communicator with ability to persuade varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Define bold strategic direction for CHAI's global TB portfolio across countries.
• Lead development and execution of TB resource mobilization strategy with funders.
• Provide technical guidance on diagnostics, treatment, prevention, and market shaping.
• Build, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Represent CHAI in major TB governance forums and donor engagements.
