Job summary

Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) is seeking a Director of CGI Health to execute strategy, engage partners across sectors, and lead high-impact Commitments to Action. Reporting to the Managing Director of Health, you will translate impact objectives into partnership directions and collaborate with U.S.

and global partners to advance health equity. The role requires 10–12 years in public health, international development, or related leadership, with proven ability to connect partnership strategy

Qualifications

• Masters degree in public health or related field is required.
• At least 10 years in public health/healthcare with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience directing teams or multiple projects; leadership of a function.
• International experience with multi-stakeholder engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement and steward high-impact partnerships
• Provide day-to-day oversight of CGI Health portfolio of Commitments
• Identify and develop new Commitments annually
• Foster new connections to support CGI initiatives
• Recruit organizations to join the CGI network and support sponsorships
