Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory operations or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading hybrid teams of employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Significant experience with Veeva RIM operations and regulatory systems.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Regulatory Platform Operations & Optimization.
• Govern platform lifecycle, releases, and cross-system coordination.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk mitigation across RIIM tools.
• Lead budget, vendor contracts, and workforce planning for subunit.
