Qualifications

• Typically requires 10+ years in Regulatory operations
• 5+ years in leading teams (hybrid org of employees, contractors, vendors)
• Experience with Veeva RIM operations and digital solutions in regulated environments
• Strong regulatory knowledge, operations, and business process expertise
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Act as a platform integrator across RIIM systems to drive consistency
• Lead platform lifecycle management including releases and cross-system coordination
• Maintain governance frameworks for compliance and performance
• Partnership with BSOs, stakeholders, IT and vendors to shape platform roadmap and AI priorities
• Ensure platform scalability, usability, and regulatory compliance
• Define and monitor KPIs for system usage, adoption, and value delivery
• Lead data-driven insights, ROI quantification, and investment prioritization
