Job summary

Deepgram is hiring a Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace to own the company’s physical spaces from site selection through buildouts and operations. You will read leases, manage vendor relationships, and lead a small team to implement a scalable, consistent workplace experience across locations.

You will travel to multiple offices, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and IT, and shape how space supports culture and brand while driving efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace, real estate, facilities, or capital projects with end-to-end ownership of a office buildout/buildouts.
• Proven ability to travel and work across multiple offices and locations frequently.
• Direct experience negotiating or managing commercial leases and working with brokers, landlords, and Legal.
• Strong construction and vendor project management with ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Scoped requirements and aligned with executive vision for each site.
• Forecasted occupancy and space programming in partnership with Finance and People.
• Led site selection, tours, and location recommendations; negotiated leases and renewals with finance and legal on terms.
• Managed end-to-end buildouts: design, permitting, construction, move-in, and transition to operations.
• Built a scalable workplace operating model, playbooks, and budget across locations.
• Hired and led a small workplace team; owned real estate budget, capital projects, and operating costs.
