Milestone Technologies is seeking a dynamic Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics to lead our global compensation and benefits team across 16 countries. You’ll shape and elevate our Total Rewards strategy while balancing cost with employee value, reporting to the Chief People Officer in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strategic planner with strong execution, stakeholder influence, and deep expertise in compensation and benefits programs, analytics, and Workday.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant compensation, benefits, and leadership experience.
• Experience with strategic compensation and benefits programs for international workforces.
• Workday compensation and analytics modules proficiency required.
• Expertise in job costing and burden-rate calculations for global contingent workforce.
• Advanced Excel skills and qualitative analysis capability.
• Proven leadership ability and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Radford Global Technology Survey or similar providers.
• Strong communication, strategic planning and business acumen.
• Nice-to-have: experience with M&A.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire global Total Rewards and People Analytics functions.
• Drive design and execution of compensation and benefits programs across 16 countries.
• Oversee job costing, pricing for roles in customer RFPs and renewals.
• Provide guidance on compensation programs to leaders and managers.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and lead strategic projects (architecture, leveling, planning).
• Improve compensation and benefits policies and processes for cost/value balance.
• Develop and drive an effective Benefits communication strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals with carriers globally.
• Collaborate with benefits/retirement admins to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build meaningful people analytics for executives and teams.
