Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) seeks a senior executive to lead Tax and Treasury within the standalone Food Ingredients business. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape global tax strategy, governance, and liquidity management while driving a scalable finance capability as the business transitions.

The role oversees tax compliance, transfer pricing, VAT/sales taxes, and treasury activities including funding, FX hedging, and capital markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in multinational tax, treasury, and finance.
• Advanced qualification such as MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead governance, policy, and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy, compliance, and reporting across direct and indirect taxes.
• Oversee treasury strategy, liquidity management, funding, and risk management.
• Govern and transform the operating model for Tax & Treasury across regions.
• Partner with C-suite and Board on strategic initiatives and capital decisions.
