You will own the global P&L, shape pricing, and drive cross-functional alignment with product, finance, and regional leaders to fuel sustainable growth. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a commercial (sales/marketing/finance/product) leadership role.
• Global experience leading diverse markets and complex portfolios.
• Strong track record in strategic initiatives and driving growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to partner with product, finance, marketing and sales across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the global commercial strategy for Tables/ETG across all regions.
• Manage global P&L with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting in coordination with Finance and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with product management to define the portfolio roadmap and market needs.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies and product launches with marketing and regional sales leaders.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional frameworks reflecting regional dynamics.
