Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a strategic executive to spearhead the global commercial vision for Tables/ETG. This role owns the global P&L, drives portfolio performance, and shapes pricing and market-entry strategies across Americas, Asia, ANZ, and EMEA.

You will partner with product, finance, marketing and regional sales to forge growth, expand market share, and ensure commercial excellence in a highly regulated gaming environment.

Qualifications

15+ years in commercial roles (sales/marketing) with global scope.
Experience leading global teams across regions and time zones.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Define and own global commercial strategy for Tables/ETG.
Manage global P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability.
Lead annual strategic and financial planning with global Finance.
Collaborate with product, marketing and regional sales on roadmaps and launches.
Develop pricing frameworks and market-entry models; optimize fleets and inventory.
