Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Wendell, NC seeks a Service Line Head for Strategic Services to own the global strategic services portfolio within Electrification & Automation Customer Service. You will drive growth via long-term contracts, service agreements and recurring revenue while reporting to the Head of Electrification & Automation Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in service, operations, business development or portfolio leadership within a technology-driven industry.
• Proven record of building and growing businesses with significant P&L responsibility and strong commercial decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in international matrix organizations and align stakeholders beyond formal authority.
• Experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams and increasing organizational maturity across regions.
• Relevant understanding of lifecycle services, energy, electrification, automation or comparable industrial environments, combined with strong learning agility.
• Executive-level communication, customer orientation and credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, targets and portfolio direction for long-term service agreements, operations and maintenance contracts, and recurring revenue models.
• Increase installed-base penetration, post-warranty retention, contract attachment and renewals by building scalable lifecycle services.
• Translate customer and market priorities into growth initiatives, roadmaps and differentiated value based on OEM and lifecycle expertise.
• Hold end-to-end P&L accountability for revenue, profitability, cash, productivity, pricing, investments and portfolio performance.
• Allocate resources to high-return opportunities and scale commercially sustainable long-term service models across countries and customer segments.
• Apply sound commercial judgment to offers and risks while protecting customer value and margins.
• Lead through influence across a global matrix, aligning regional leaders, Business Units, Operations and partners behind common priorities.
• Develop, coach and mentor Customer Service leaders across regions, strengthening leadership and organizational maturity.
• Act as a trusted partner to the Service Head and translate strategic direction into execution.
