Job summary

Siemens is seeking a senior leader to own the Global Circularity Services business within Electrification & Automation Customer Service. The role drives the strategic and commercial performance of the service line, reporting to the Head of Electrification & Automation Customer Service.

You will lead through a global matrix, scale product-related services, and guide regional leaders toward standardized, automated operating models.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in product-related services, operations, business development or portfolio leadership.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth with significant P&L responsibility in spare parts, retrofits, lifecycle extensions, e-business or comparable service models.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity and scalability via automation and standardized operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Circularity Services business, strategy, targets and portfolio direction.
• Lead and mentor Customer Service leaders across regions to strengthen leadership maturity.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and governance to scale offerings and ensure operational excellence.
