Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership experience in product-related services or portfolio leadership.
- Proven record of driving profitable growth with significant P&L responsibility.
- Experience in spare parts, retrofits, lifecycle extensions or e-business models.
- Strong ability to lead through influence in international matrix organizations.
- Technical understanding of electrification, automation or industrial products.
- Executive-level communication and judgment in portfolio and pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the global Circularity Services business strategy and portfolio.
- Define targets and portfolio direction across spare parts, retrofits, lifecycle extensions and digital services.
- Develop scalable offerings to extend asset lifecycles and improve customer value.
- Lead regional Customer Service leaders and scale product-related services.
- Drive end-to-end P&L accountability and overall portfolio performance.
- Promote automation, standardization and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
